These terms cover your use of Association Lobby (associationlobby.com and its association pages), run by Claw Media LLC. By using the service you agree to them. Questions go to office@associationlobby.com.

Accounts

Keep your sign-in private. Resident features are for people on their association’s resident list. Boards and managers are responsible for keeping that list accurate.

What you post

You own what you post. You give us permission to store and show it so the service works, for example showing your marketplace item to your neighbors. Do not post anything illegal, misleading, hateful, or that you do not have the right to share. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

Marketplace and home listings

Items and homes are offered by the people who post them. Claw Media LLC is not a party to any sale and does not check items, prices or listings. Real estate listings are published by the owner, not approved by the board.

Design concepts

Design concepts are AI renderings for discussion. They are not construction drawings, permit sets or stamped architectural drawings.

Association pages

Some association pages are not the official website of that association. Those pages say so at the bottom.

Features

Features marked Planned or Coming soon are not available yet and may change.

No warranty

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Claw Media LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the service.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
